What is the maximum deadline to cancel reservation?

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason , we suggest you do so at least 6 hours in advance for Luxury Sedan and SUV pickups in NYC 5 Boroughs, all others vehicles 48 hour required to get full 100% refund. Cancellations made after these time-frames may be subjected to fees.

I have already made my reservation from the airport, what should I do once I land?

Our Chauffeur will call or text you as soon as your flight arrive. In-case if you didn't get any text or call Please call us, after you retrieve your luggage. The driver will pick you up within minutes at the Passenger Pick-Up Areas, which you can locate outside the Terminals. You may reach us through the 24/7 Dispatch line +1(929)552-2490.

Will I get a call when my car arrives?

At New York Limo we attempt to contact all our customers via phone or text message when their drivers are on location.

After I make reservation Online , when do you charge my credit card?

We process the payment 5-7 days before the trip date if reservation made early , some case we process 72 hours prior to the trip.
